Coastal Roots Hospitality’s Partner Program Details

Welcome to our family. We are very excited you chose to join us. There are three different programs described here: Referral, Trade and Training. Your program is identified by your card. All programs use points as currency.

Your card is redeemable at any of our locations for Food, Beverage and Sales Tax. Your card cannot be used for gratuity, has no cash value and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Your rewards points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.

Q: Why do I need to register my card?

A: Registering your card will associate the number on the back of the card to you. This will allow us to add value to your card at any time.

Referral Dollars:

As a Referral Partner you will be rewarded 1.25 points for every person you recommend to us!

Q: How does it work?

A: You recommend guests to any of our restaurants and give them a coupon (we provide) that is good for a complimentary chef’s-choice appetizer. On the back of this coupon you’ll write your name, last four digits of your Referral card and business name with the proper guest count. The guest(s) arrive at our restaurant and hand the coupon to their server. The server will order and deliver the appetizer to the table.

Q: How do I get my points?

A: We collect the coupon(s,) tally the guest counts, and award your registered Referral Card using the card number (preferred) or name you provided.

Q: How do I redeem my points?

A: First check your balance. Your Referral Card points can be redeemed for Food, Beverage and Sales tax at any of our restaurants. Gratuity must be paid in cash. Referral Dollars cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Trade Dollars:

As a preferred vendor, you have received Trade Dollars in lieu of cash. These Trade Dollars can be spent just like cash in any of our restaurants for Food, Beverage and Sales Tax. Gratuity must be paid in cash.

Q: How do I get my Trade Dollars?

A: Upon submittal of an invoice from your company, please indicate that you’d like to be paid all or part in Trade. If you already have a Trade Account, write you’re the last four digits of your Trade Dollars Card number on the invoice. If you don’t have a Trade Account with us, we will issue you a card loaded with the right amount of Trade Dollars.

Q: How do I redeem my Trade Dollars?

A: First check your balance. Your Trade Dollars Card allows you to redeem your Trade points for Food, Beverage and Sales tax at any of our restaurants. Gratuity must be paid in cash.

Training Dollars:

As a Designated Trainer you will receive Training Dollars in addition to your wages for your help training new staff. These Training Dollars can be spent just like cash in any of our restaurants for Food, Beverage and Sales Tax. Gratuity must be paid in cash.

Q: How do I get my Training Dollars?

A: You will receive 5 points for every hour you train a new employee. You will need to clock-in as a Trainer in order to track your training hours. Your training hours must be verified by your MOD at the end of every training shift. Training Dollars will be issued after the new employee has successfully completed their training.

Q: How do I redeem my Training Dollars?

A: First check your balance. Your Training Dollars card allows you to redeem your Training Points for Food, Beverage and Sales tax at any of our restaurants. Gratuity must be paid in cash. Training Dollars are not transferable.
